Thank you for shopping at Zosia! We provide unique beauty, health and fashion products made with the strictest quality, materials and ingredients. Our production team inspects each order before packaging to make sure it meets our standards. Where Zosia Ships
We ship to US delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states. Zosia just launched in the US and currently does not ship internationally.
Placing an Order and Order Confirmation
Once you submit your order online, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been successfully placed. This confirmation will include your order number. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect products once an order is placed.
We ship Monday-Friday only during normal business hours. Orders will not ship over the weekend. Please allow 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.
We reserve the right to hold orders or delay shipping if product is temporarily out of stock, or there is any problem or concern with the information provided during the order process. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any delays.
All orders over $65 are shipped via UPS/USPS Ground for free (within the US).
Estimated shipping costs and delivery vary depending on the weight and item amount of your order and what type of delivery you choose.
We offer shipping options through USPS and UPS. Depending on which option you choose, we estimate shipping costs for you.
UPS/USPS Ground: Guarantees Delivery within 2-6 business days in the continental United States.
UPS Two Day: Delivery within 2 business days to most U.S. locations.
UPS Standard Overnight: Guarantees next business day delivery by 3:00 pm.
Free Shipping: Ground only
If you choose expedited shipping delivery, orders must be placed before 12 PM EST Monday to Friday to ensure the order is shipped out the same day. All expedited orders and/or orders exceeding $200 require a signature upon receipt.
Sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the order.
When you submit your order, you will receive an email order confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number. Canceling an Order
To offer you the best service possible, we begin processing your order immediately. We are only able to cancel or change an order within 24 hours of order submission. Once 24 hours has passed, we are unable to cancel or change orders. For questions contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Out-of-stock Items & Back Orders
If you order a product that happens to be out of stock, we will notify you via email of the expected in-stock date. The remaining products on your order will ship on time, and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.
We can only offer exchanges based on stock availability, so we suggest returning your item for an online credit and reordering the item you want. If you have received an item as a gift and you would like to exchange it, you may return it for an online credit and make another purchase. Exchange of gift items also may only be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt.
New, unopened (or unworn, unwashed if clothing) products are eligible for return and a refund of the price you paid for the product. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date on your order. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging and/or with tags attached. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. All kits or bundled products must be returned with all components for a full refund.
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product) otherwise shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When you return an item please ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you, or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.
We only accept returns for items that were purchased on www.zosiabeauty.com.
We make returns as easy as possible. Please use the steps below to return your purchase:
- Please include your packing slip with your return. If you do not have your packing slip, you may print and send your email order confirmation. Please indicate the products you wish to return and the reason on the packing slip or order confirmation. If you do not have your packing slip or email order confirmation, please email us at email@example.com.
- The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date on your invoice, and the product must be new, unopened, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
- For your convenience, our shippers were designed to be reused. You can repackage a return item in the outer shipping box the item(s) came in, or if you are returning a clothing item, in the returnable poly bag mailer.

- We will send you an email once your return has been processed and accepted.
- Please make a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation and keep it for your records.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of returned items to process a return and credit your account. Once we credit your account, depending on your bank, it may take a billing cycle for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
