Are Zosia skincare products for all skin types?
Our products are formulated for all skin types and are dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, fragrance-free and made without any of the harsh chemicals listed on our standards page. For more information, visit our science and standards page.
Are Zosia skincare formulas free of things like Parabens?
Zosia has a strict philosophy on what ingredients are used in our products. Our formulas are very clean and we have a long list of ingredients we do not use, including Parabens, Phthalates, synthetic fragrance to name a few. Our products are formulated to EU standards. Are Zosia skincare products cruelty-free?
What is the skincare product expiration?
We recommend you use products within 12 months of purchase.
How long will the skincare products last?
How long a product will last depends upon your use of the product. For most products, if you use them as directed, they should last between 2 to 6 months.
How should the skincare products be stored?
To keep products in the best condition, they should be stored in a cool, dry location out of direct sun light. Exposure to excessive heat, cold or direct sunlight may impact the products texture and efficacy.

What safety testing does Zosia skincare use?
All Zosia products follow the strictest standards and are formulated to be hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic and dermatologist tested; products are then sent to a 3rd party laboratory to be safety and allergy tested.
Do you offer skincare samples?
We offer samples from time-to-time on a limited basis. Specific offers for samples will be posted on the website or our social media accounts when available.

Zosia sources high-quality pure or blended fabrics that gives you soft, high-thread count garments. Our supply partners are certified by globally recognized independent 3rd party certification bodies that promote internationally accepted ethical, humane and lawful practices. Where does Zosia ship?
We ship to US delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states.
Zosia has just launched in the US, and we currently do not ship internationally.
What are the shipping options?
Orders of $65 or more ship free via ground UPS/USPS.
We offer shipping options through USPS and UPS. Depending upon which option you choose, we estimate shipping costs for you.
UPS/USPS Ground: Guarantees Delivery within 2-6 business days in the continental United Sates.
UPS Two Day: Delivery within 2 business days to most U.S. locations.
UPS Standard Overnight: Guarantees next business day delivery by 3:00 pm.

Orders & Billing
What forms of payment does Zosia accept?
We accept all major Visa (credit and debit cards), Mastercard (credit and debit cards), American Express and Discover (US merchants only). Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, money orders or International credit cards at this time.
When will my account be billed for my purchase?
Your account is billed as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Why am I charged sales tax?
As an e-commerce company based in the USA, we are required to charge sales tax which may change over time.
Do I need an account to purchase from Zosia?
You do not need an account to purchase from Zosia.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Any changes or cancellations to orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Product must be returned in original packaging and/or with tags attached. You will be refunded for the retail price of the product, to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refunded. How do I place a return or exchange?
Email us at email@example.com with your order number, the products you'd like to return and the reason for the return, and we will help you get it processed. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your return has been processed. We can only offer exchanges based on stock availability, so we suggest returning your item for an online credit and reordering the item you want. How long does it take to process a return?
We will process your return within 7 days. Credit card refunds usually take 7-15 business days to appear on your statement. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.
What should I do if I receive the wrong or a damaged product?
