How do I pre-order a limited edition or newly announced "coming soon" product?

We are so excited you want to try our new products! You can join our product wait list for any limited edition or newly announced product by visiting the Products page. Once the product is available, we will send you an email letting you know the product is ready to order.

Are Zosia skincare products for all skin types?

Our products are formulated for all skin types and are dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic and made without any of the harsh chemicals listed on our standards page. For more information, visit our Product Standards page.

What is the product expiration?

We recommend you use products within 12 months of purchase.

How long will the products last?

How long a product will last depends upon your use of the product.  For most products, if you use them as directed, they should last between 2 to 6 months. 

How should the products be stored?

To keep products in the best condition, they should be stored in a cool, dry location out of direct sun light. Exposure to excessive heat, cold or direct sunlight may impact the products texture and efficacy.

Are Zosia products cruelty-free?

All of our formulas are not tested on animals, and do not use animal raw ingredients. The Zosia brand is Leaping Bunny Certified. For more information, visit our Product Standards page.

What safety testing does Zosia use?

All Zosia products follow the strictest standards and are formulated to be hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic and dermatologist tested; products are then sent to a 3rd party laboratory to be safety and allergy tested.

Do you offer samples?

We offer samples from time-to-time on a limited basis. Specific offers for samples will be posted on the website when available.

Your purchase of Zosia products is only for your personal use. By purchasing Zosia products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. If we believe your order is not for your personal use, it may rejected or canceled.

Where does Zosia ship?

We ship to US delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states.

Zosia has just launched in the US, and we currently do not ship internationally.  

What are the shipping options?

We offer shipping options through USPS and UPS. Depending upon which option you choose, we estimate shipping costs for you. 

UPS/USPS Ground: Guarantees Delivery within 2-6 business days in the continental United Sates.

UPS Two Day: Delivery within 2 business days to most U.S. locations.

UPS Standard Overnight: Guarantees next business day delivery by 3:00 pm.

What forms of payment does Zosia accept?

We accept all major Visa (credit and debit cards), Mastercard (credit and debit cards), American Express and Discover (US merchants only). Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, money orders or International credit cards at this time.

When will my account be billed for my purchase?

Your account is billed as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Why am I charged sales tax?

As an e-commerce company based in the USA, we are required to charge sales tax which may change over time.

Do I need an account to purchase from Zosia?

You do not need an account to purchase from Zosia.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Any changes or cancellations to orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email


What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Product must be returned in original packaging. You will be refunded for the retail price of the product, to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refunded. How do I place a return or exchange?

Email us at with your order number, the products you'd like to return and the reason for the return, and we will help you get it processed. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your return has been processed. How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 7-15 business days to appear on your statement.  A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.

What should I do if I receive the wrong or a damaged product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, or the product is damaged, please contact us at, and we will ship you the correct product.
