Irene S. Levine, PhD is a psychologist, award-winning journalist, and blogger who covers health, mental health, travel and lifestyles. She has written for Readers Digest, Health, Prevention, Self, Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune, Dallas Morning News, Los Angeles Times and The Washington Post.
A former senior program official at the National Institute of Mental Health, Irene holds a faculty appointment as a professor of psychiatry at the NYU School of Medicine.
