Elizabeth Millard is a freelance journalist who covers health, wellness, fitness and lifestyle topics. She has written for SELF, Women’s Health, Experience Life, CNN and The Boston Globe.
In addition to writing, she’s also a yoga teacher and organic farmer, and has led workshops on stress reduction, healthy eating and mindfulness. She found that her milestone birthday at 50 was a major catalyst to living her best, most beautiful life, and she’s passionate about helping other women do the same.
She lives in northern Minnesota with her partner Karla, along with their 3 dogs, 7 cats, 2 potbellied pigs, numerous sheep, goats, chickens and ducks. To say that they’re outnumbered is an understatement.
